Ingredients
Large handful baby spinach
3-4 handfuls of mixed spring greens
4 radishes, sliced
1 avocado, sliced and sprinkled with fresh lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil
Walnut Oil
Celtic Sea Salt
Maple Pecans (Click for recipe)
Directions
Toss spinach, greens, radishes, and avocados with extra virgin olive oil, walnut oil, celtic sea salt, and fresh ground black pepper. Top with maple pecans. Enjoy!
